Do I have to go ahead with a treatment?
No. We never rush you into a decision about your face or body. Not every treatment suits every patient, and if one isn’t right for you, alternatives may be discussed, or no treatment may be recommended.
Do I need a consultation before any treatment?
Yes. A consultation is required before any procedure. It’s where suitability, the plan, expected outcomes, risks and aftercare are discussed.
Is laser hair removal suitable for my skin?
We offer laser hair removal across all skin types. Suitability is assessed at your consultation by skin type, hair type and treatment area.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. We offer Afterpay, Zip Pay, Humm, Klarna and Latitude Pay. Terms, eligibility and approval depend on each provider.
